Do you want to try kayaking?
Come and paddle with our club. No previous kayaking experience required but we do ask that you can swim.

Our indoor pool sessions are held at Bannockburn High School.
Outdoor classes are held at the club site on the River Devon, CR CATS Canoe club, Alva, FK10 3AW.
The club paddle here on a Tuesday night from 6:30 – 8:30. If you want to come and see what we do, please pop along.
Pool Sessions
Pool sessions will restart in late October 2026
Our pool sessions are for children aged 8+ to try out kayaking in Bannockburn swimming pool before venturing outside after Easter. We will show the children how to paddle around the pool, capsize and play some games.
Dates : TBC
Cost : £5 per session
What you need to bring: swimsuit and a towel

Summer Camps
We run an annual Summer holiday program of taster camps for children aged 8+ (must be able to swim confidently) who would like to try out kayaking. This is run on our club site on the River Devon, CR CATS Canoe Club, Alva. We would be delighted to welcome back any paddlers from previous years.
