Registers : Please complete the register for each CR CATS class held. If you are not sure whether a register has been done, please do one anyway. 2 registers are better than none!
Fees : Please click to see CR CATS Fees 2019 for January to December 2019. Please can all fees be paid by Friday 20 December.
December fees have been estimated – please pay what you plan to attend as any credit/debit can be processed in January. (Please note Pinkston class on October 31 has been added to November).
Paddlers in Division 2 and above are eligible to train with Central Squads – see separate Central Squads page for more information.
There will be pool sessions at Bannockburn High school in January and February. There will be 2 classes on each date. The cost per paddler is £6 payable in cash at the session.
Please can you complete the Pool session doodle poll to let us know which sessions you would like to attend. If pool sessions are oversubscribed, the pool sessions will be allocated across all the paddlers so they all get some sessions.

Please indicate if you would like to attend any Tuesday or Saturday Alva classes using the doodle polls below
Tuesday classes take place all year round. The first Tuesday class will be split into 2 groups with the J2 and Squad paddlers attending the first session doing the same as those at the second session. This will hopefully balance the paddlers better across the 2 sessions.
Tuesday class 5:15 – 6:30 for Paddlepower, J1 and J2 and Squad paddlers
Tuesday class 6:30 – 7:45 for Squad and J2 paddlers
ALVA – SATURDAY
Saturday classes from 10:00 – 11:30 and 2:00 – 3:30 will continue running during the winter depending on the weather.
These are technical sessions with Janet for any Paddlepower, J1 and Adults that would like to attend.
Please indicate which Pinkston Thursday sessions you plan to attend using the doodle polls at the bottom of this page.
To join in with the CR CATS Pinkston sessions on a regular basis, you need to be a full or associate member of CR CATS.
The session cost per paddler is Water £6 and coaching £2. These sessions are run to break even for the water fees. We, therefore, need about 12 people to cover the pump costs for an hour and about 18 people to cover the pump cost for 1.5 hours.
The Session Times are
- Standard : 18:30 – 20:00
- Reduced 19:00 – 20:00
- Extended 18:00 – 19:00 and 19:00 – 20:00
The latest session times will be shown in the blurb at the top of each doodle poll. We will try to send out an e-mail if the time changes.

Priority and Waiting List
To ensure the quality of the training session, if classes are oversubscribed (more than 13 for 1 hour and more than 18 for 1.5 hours), a waiting list will apply. All paddlers will be notified if we have a waiting list so that if spaces are cancelled, those on the waiting list can get a space.
